Our games and website
These terms describe use of East Indian Trading Company’s studio website and game services. Our games are currently in development or invited playtesting. Features, balance, artwork, and availability may change as development continues. Any material restrictions on a paid offer will be shown before purchase.
Accounts and responsible use
Use accurate account information, keep credentials private, and only access accounts you are entitled to use. Do not exploit bugs, falsify payments or game actions, interfere with other players or infrastructure, or bypass access controls. If you find a bug, report it through player support.
Invited playtest access does not grant access to someone else’s game account or data. Browser guest saves and cloud accounts can have different progress; read the in-game account notice before switching.
Optional purchases
When enabled, optional digital purchases will be described with their contents, price, currency, and account requirements before checkout. They provide access to the listed in-game benefits on the purchasing account. Items are not a transferable ownership interest in the game.
The planned Afterburn Empire packs are purchased once and have no automatic renewal. Benefits described as account upgrades apply while the relevant game service and account remain active. Use of consumable supplies may affect a discretionary refund request, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Delivery and refunds
Payment and order confirmation must succeed before a purchased benefit is granted. Read our refund and digital delivery policy for missing items, duplicate charges, and refund requests. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that applicable law makes mandatory.
Our artwork and software
Game names, original artwork, music, software, and other studio content remain protected by their applicable ownership and license terms. Playing a game or viewing this website does not grant permission to redistribute commercial game assets. Third-party material, where used, remains subject to its own licenses.
Availability and changes
Development and playtest services can be interrupted for maintenance, fixes, and updates. We aim to describe games and offers accurately and to address reported purchase problems. We will not use these terms to remove non-waivable consumer protections.
