Which game do you need help with?
Include the game name, what happened, your device and browser, and a screenshot if it helps explain the issue. Do not send passwords or full card details.
- Afterburn Empire: Idle Squadron — aircraft collection, fleet upgrades, offline patrols, and carrier progression.
- Jev Eleven — invited aircraft arcade playtests.
- Ninja Run: Moonlit Mile — currently in development.
Accounts and saved progress
Afterburn’s browser guest fleet and cloud account fleet are currently separate. Signing in loads the cloud fleet; signing out returns to the guest fleet saved in that browser. Clearing browser data can remove guest progress. Read the account notice before switching.
If a cloud save appears wrong, include the account email and game name when contacting support. Never share your password.
Purchase and refund questions
Purchases are not currently enabled. Once they become available, keep your receipt and order reference. For missing or duplicate purchases, include that reference and the game account email. Read our refund and delivery policy before purchase.
Privacy requests
Our privacy policy describes account and payment information. Requests concerning access, correction, or deletion can be sent to themaster_759@hotmail.com. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on an account request.
