What we sell
East Indian Trading Company develops browser games. The planned Afterburn Empire offers are optional digital supply bundles and account upgrades. Pack contents and prices in U.S. dollars are listed on the game page. There are no physical shipments.
Delivery to your game account
When checkout opens, a pack will be linked to the verified game account used for purchase after Stripe confirms successful payment. Keep the same account signed in. A payment return page alone is not proof that a pack has been delivered.
If an item has not appeared after refreshing and checking the account used for purchase, contact support with the receipt or order reference. Please do not purchase the pack again to try to resolve a missing item.
Requesting a refund
Contact themaster_759@hotmail.com with the game name, account email, receipt or order reference, and the reason for your request. Duplicate charges, undelivered items, and items that do not work as described will be reviewed so we can correct the issue or provide an appropriate refund.
For other refund requests, contact us before using consumable credits, scrap, or blueprints. We will consider the circumstances, any use of the purchase, and applicable consumer rights. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
After a refund
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit becomes visible. Refunded benefits may be removed or adjusted on the game account to match the refunded purchase.
No recurring billing
The listed First Flight, Commander Pack, and Operation Pass offers are one-time purchases. They do not automatically renew. Operation Pass is an account upgrade, not a recurring subscription. You can leave checkout before completing payment without receiving a pack or being charged by us.
