East Indian Trading Company is the studio name used for the games described on this website. This policy covers this studio website and our own game account, progress, and purchase services. Separate services linked from the website may also have their own privacy policies.
Information on this website
This studio website does not currently have an account form, advertising pixels, or analytics cookies. Our hosting providers may process technical information such as IP address, requested pages, and browser or connection information to deliver and secure the website.
Information in our games
- Guest play: game progress and settings can be stored locally in your browser. Clearing browser data may remove that progress.
- Game accounts: when you create or use an account, our account service processes your email, authentication information, and identifiers needed to sign you in.
- Cloud progress: account identifiers, fleet or game progress, and action records are used to save and synchronize play and protect rewards.
- Payments: when purchases become available, Stripe will process payment details. We receive order references, payment status, and information needed to connect purchases to the correct game account. We do not receive full card numbers or card security codes through our checkout integration.
- Support: if you contact us, we process the information you choose to send in order to respond and resolve the issue.
Why we use information
We use information to provide accounts and games, save progress, deliver purchased items, respond to support and privacy requests, investigate errors and abuse, and meet applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell player personal information.
Service providers
Our services use providers including OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for hosting, Supabase for account and game-data services, and Stripe for payment processing when enabled. Those providers process information needed to operate their services. Data may be processed outside your country, subject to applicable provider arrangements and legal requirements.
Retention and your choices
We retain account and progress information as needed to provide the service and administer the account. Support, security, and transaction records may be retained as needed to resolve issues or meet legal obligations.
You can clear local guest data through your browser settings. For access, correction, or deletion requests concerning a cloud account, contact themaster_759@hotmail.com. We may need to verify ownership. Some records may need to be retained for legal or security purposes.
Children and account information
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes that a child provided account information should contact the studio through themaster_759@hotmail.com so we can review the request.
